1 – Sugary Drinks

  • It also induces sleep and lethargy that can drain out the creativity from the writer and hamper the quality of the content also.

5 – Ice Cream

  • However, it is also one of the unhealthiest food items as it is loaded with lots of sugar and calories. It is not ideal for writers. It can make your teeth look yellow and pale. 
  • As mentioned above, if you are going to attend an event or seminar, yellow teeth will look extremely bad and will impact your personality also. 
  • It is advisable to avoid ice cream and use teeth whitening kit to whiten your teeth. You can consume homemade fruit based ice cream to feel light.
